At SOI Tactical, we take pride in providing our customers with secure and compliant shipping for firearms, ammunition, parts, and tactical gear. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, verified, and delivered to ensure safety and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

1. Order Processing and Verification

All orders placed through the SOI Tactical online store are processed during normal business hours. Once your payment is received and verified, we begin preparing your items for shipment.

  • Processing Time: Most non-firearm orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Firearm Orders: Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for lawful transfer. We will contact you to confirm your chosen FFL before shipment.
  • Order Verification: To protect customers and comply with ATF regulations, SOI Tactical verifies all firearm orders before shipment. Orders may be delayed if verification or documentation is incomplete.

We do not ship firearms or ammunition to any location where prohibited by law.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

SOI Tactical uses trusted shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. The specific carrier depends on the type of product and delivery destination.

  • Firearms: Shipped to verified FFL dealers only.
  • Ammunition: Must be shipped via ground service to eligible addresses.
  • Accessories and Gear: Shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times vary based on location and carrier availability.

3. FFL Requirements for Firearm Orders

Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to an authorized FFL holder.
 To complete your order:

  1. Provide the name and contact information of your preferred FFL dealer at checkout.
  2. Ensure your dealer sends a valid copy of their license to soitacticalusa@gmail.com.
  3. We will confirm all information before releasing your firearm for shipment.

The customer is responsible for all transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer.

4. Shipping Restrictions

SOI Tactical complies with all federal, state, and local regulations. We do not ship restricted items to locations where they are prohibited. This includes:

  • Firearms, magazines, or ammunition restricted by state law.
  • Orders outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
  • International shipments.

Before placing your order, please review your local firearm and ammunition laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchases comply with applicable regulations.

5. Shipping Fees and Insurance

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. Expedited shipping options may be available for certain products.

SOI Tactical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. Customers may purchase additional insurance during checkout for added protection.

6. Delivery and Signature Requirements

Firearm shipments are sent signature required and will only be released to an authorized representative at the receiving FFL location.

All deliveries must comply with the following conditions:

  • The FFL dealer must confirm receipt of the shipment.
  • The customer must complete the federal background check process before taking possession of the firearm.
  • Ammunition and accessories may be shipped directly to residential addresses, where allowed by law.

7. Delays and Exceptions

Shipping delays can occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. SOI Tactical is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control.

Orders containing restricted or regulated items may require additional verification, which could extend processing time. We will contact customers directly if an issue arises with an order.

8. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refused shipments may incur additional fees for reshipping.

If a package is returned to SOI Tactical, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or refund (excluding shipping costs).
