Refund Policy

At SOI Tactical, we are committed to ensuring every customer receives quality products and dependable service. Because we sell regulated items such as firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear, we must follow strict federal and state laws regarding returns and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final for Firearms and Ammunition

All firearm and ammunition sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to you through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, ammunition cannot be returned once it leaves our facility due to safety and legal restrictions.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the firearm or ammunition they order complies with all local, state, and federal laws. If an order must be canceled because the product is prohibited in your area or if your background check is denied, all associated shipping and restocking fees will apply.

Cancellations and Restocking Fees

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us directly at soitacticalusa@gmail.com. If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellations requested after processing but before shipment may incur a 10–20% restocking fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method once processing is complete.

If an order includes a firearm that has already shipped to your FFL and you fail to complete the background check or pick up your item within the required timeframe, the firearm will be returned to us and subject to restocking and return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Products

We inspect all products before shipment, but if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within three business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.

We will review your claim and determine if a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging with all included components and documentation. Items returned without authorization or beyond the three-day window will not be accepted.

Manufacturer defects discovered after use are typically handled under the manufacturer’s warranty policy, not by SOI Tactical. We will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty service if needed.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Firearms, ammunition, and serialized parts (receivers, frames, etc.)
  • Firearm parts or accessories that have been installed or used
  • Optics, sights, or mounts that show signs of wear or installation
  • Special orders, custom items, or gunsmithing services
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Refunds for Eligible Returns

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days. The amount refunded will exclude shipping, handling, and restocking fees. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at checkout.

Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to post refunded amounts to your account.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with SOI Tactical, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you have reviewed our terms, shipping policies, and applicable firearm regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all purchases comply with state and federal law.
