CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE FEE
When you purchase a firearm from SOI TACTICAL LLC, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge that ALL firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). You further agree to a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled orders or substitute products (for ANY reason) particularly for those cancelled because you do not want to ship to an FFL dealer. You will not be charged any additional fee for adding items to an existing order. If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NICS background check has been denied, or you have provided an incorrect shipping address/invalid shipping information, then the customer will be responsible for return freight charges or any additional charges to reship your product or a 25% restocking fee if order is cancelled for any reason. WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. If an item is returned to sender due to the customer entering an incorrect or invalid ship-to address, shipping will not be refunded and the 25% restocking fee will apply. Magazines that violates capacity laws will NOT be shipped. The firearm can be shipped without magazines if you wish to proceed. We cannot offer a discount for removing the magazines. If your dealer in your restricted state will make the magazine compliant, we will require an email from your selected dealer indicating they will modify the magazines to be compliant with your state.
PAYMENTS
Payment Methods: **VISA **MASTERCARD **DISCOVER CARD ** GUNBROKER PAY ** PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF LISTING’S END. All payments are due NO later than 5 days, including non business day, of the item being purchased via a bid or “buy it now” NO EXCEPTIONS. If payments are not received within the payment deadline, then the item will be re listed, and a non paying bidder claim will be filed against you. SHIPPING
Shipping & handling for this item is calculated for the lower 48 states. Our shipping fee pays for packaging, postage and handling. Non-Firearm items will have a signature required if the item exceeds $400. If this is an issue, please contact us before bidding/shipment. Additional identification may be requested for purchases over $250 for order verification. If your item requires an adult signature and you are not home to sign for the item and the item is sent back to SOI Tactical, then the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to resend the item. Firearms that are being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the difference in the actual cost of shipping. RETURNS
Unless otherwise noted by an item being listed and sold “AS IS” NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS, Buyers are given a three (3) day inspection period on items purchased. This is a no firing inspection period. Firearms that are received by the transferring dealer in which the 4473 transfer form and NICS check has been performed, are non returnable. SOI Tactical LLC accepts returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging will all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping charges, as well as shipping costs incurred in the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error made by SOITactical LLC. It is the buyers responsibility to organize the return shipment of any returns.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
(Guaranteeing you will get the item) Occasionally we have only one item in stock and more than one person orders it. We will honor the first funded order. If we run out of stock, we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full. If you do not pay with credit card, we do not hold items from your order. Consequently, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable and we cannot ship one to you. Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY after your order is funded. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from SOITactical LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure all shipment and will file a claim on your behalf, claim outcomes are not guaranteed. Buyers shall waive their rights to a credit card chargeback in the event of items lost during shipment
